Element Six supplies synthetic single crystal diamond products for use in a wide range of cutting tool, wire drawing die blank and wear part applications. The Mono range of products is produced using advanced synthesis processes and must pass high standards of quality control before entering their product lines.
Cutting Tools
The Monodite range of synthetic single crystal diamond now comprises four Monoplate products for precision defined edge cutting and wear part applications. Monoplates comprise wholestones and sawn plates of synthetic single crystal diamond with lengths from 2 mm to 10 mm.
